Indian Small Company Has Started
Mint Crop Distillation At Sambhal. By
The Year 1973, More And More Small
Distillation Facility Have Started
Operation In Entire Mint Growing Area
In Rampur, Sambhal And Chandausi.
Simultaneously, Indian Companies
Have Started Their Initial Involvement
With Manufacturing Of Menthol And
Peppermint Oils.

After The 2nd World War, Some Of
The Japanese Manufacturers Shifted
Their Manufacturing Operations From
Japan To Brazil, South America.in 1987 India became an exporter of Menthol & now holding approx.
70% of world Menthol Markets.
Brazil, The Mint Was Available In
Dense Forest Where It Was Grown
Wildly. So It Was Harvested And Left
The Field As It Is And Then It Again
Grows. So Brazil Became One Of The
Main Source For Menthol In The
World.
